I've seen them to, and not understood. Actually I've only seen johari. Anyway. help! I don't get it.

IT's quite simple. You follow the link, pick the six adjectives that best describe me, and hit 'submit.' It's a way for people to get an idea of how others see them - which qualities of theirs stand out the most. Johari is for positive comments, Nohari for negative.
